On 8 February 2024 was stablished cooperation between : Matadalan Survey Research Institute (M-SRI) and Associação dos Enfermeiros de Timor-Leste (AETL) signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at M-SRI office Marconi Fatuhada Dili, Timor-Leste. The MoU was signed by the President of AETL (Jose Dionisio Ximenes, M.Cont) and the President of M-SRI (Jose Maria Guterres). The Secretary-General of AETL, AETL technical staff, M-SRI founders and M-SRI research staff also participated. Two organizations’ are committed to helping each other to carry out various programs in the areas of study and scientific investigation for the future. Strong organizational units and strong countries. Therefore, M-SRI and AETL have great hope in promoting research programs to help the state of Timor-Leste in the future. These interests and wills are the guidelines for working together using the resources available to both organizations to contribute to the development process of Timor-Leste for the future. These services are working together for 3 years and can be extended in accordance with the needs and agreement of both parties in the future.
